By using The Witnesses, you agree to use the app lawfully, respectfully, and in a way that honors the safety and dignity of others.
Acceptable Use
- Use the app for Christian outreach, prayer, testimony, church discovery, encouragement, and related ministry activity.
- Respect local laws, private property, event rules, and public safety requirements during outreach.
- Do not harass, threaten, stalk, pressure, exploit, impersonate, or endanger anyone.
- Do not upload unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive, or abusive content.
- Do not publish private information about another person without permission.
User Content
You are responsible for the testimonies, prayers, logs, church details, and other content you submit. You grant us permission to host, display, moderate, and process that content as needed to operate the app.
Church Listings
Church listings may be user-submitted and may require review. A listing does not mean endorsement, verification, partnership, or doctrinal agreement unless expressly stated.
Location and Outreach
Use discernment when sharing location or attending public outreach. The app does not guarantee safety, event accuracy, participant identity, or church verification.
Moderation
We may remove content, limit visibility, suspend accounts, or block access if content or conduct violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, safety expectations, or applicable law.
No Emergency Services
The Witnesses is not an emergency, medical, legal, law enforcement, or crisis service. In emergencies, call local emergency services.
